Bridgewood Trust is committed to recruiting a motivated and varied staff team, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and reflect the diversity of the communities in which we operate. All staff are enrolled on a comprehensive Induction programme which ensures that they become familiar with the aims and objectives of the Trust. They are supported by having access to a training department and staff development brochure which develops new competencies and challenges staff to develop their understanding, skills and knowledge of their area of employment.
