Mountjoy, Edgerton

Our home, known as Mountjoy, is ideally set on a leafy quiet street. It is a large character property in its own well maintained grounds, providing support for 7 people with a learning disability. We are situated between two major bus routes, with the bus station and town centre shopping just a short fifteen minute walk away.

We are perfectly placed for a picnic in Greenhead Park or even perhaps an ice cream or two! The Café in the Park along with all the other facilities has been recently renovated and provides some excellent meals and snacks to suit all tastes.

People who live with us enjoy a variety of leisure activities. We have planned our holiday for the summer and have arranged a theatre trip which we are keenly looking forward to.

We are close to several day services and some of our service users attend these. The Horticulture Centre is very popular and we all enjoy helping in the garden or a barbecue when the sun is shining!

Our staff are trained to the highest standards and are aware of how important it is to provide individualised care and support. We are committed to providing high quality care to people whilst maintaining their independence, choices and rights. We hope you, your family and friends regard Mountjoy as home from home.
