Wheatley Lane is a service providing care and support for up to four people with learning disabilities. Set across three terraced houses in their own well maintained gardens it is half a mile from Halifax Town Centre. The home is on several bus routes, with Huddersfield and beyond easily accessed by public transport.

One of the newest attractions for the people living at Wheatley Lane is the Broad Street Plaza where you can enjoy a meal, go bowling, or watch a film of your choice in modern surroundings. Some people living with us are very independent, attend college and work voluntarily. One person enjoys running with the local running club. Swimming and sports are popular. We enjoy many day trips out, visiting the local and wider community.

We are committed to providing high standards of care and ensuring service user’s needs are met and their independence, choices and rights are maintained. We are able to offer a safe comfortable environment with friendly staff and a warm welcome. We aim to be truly person-centred.
