We are a service built around you. You are unique, there is no one in the world the same as you, and that is where we begin. We will work with you to build up a person-centred plan that will help us to understand your unique needs, wants goals and aspirations. Over time, as your lifestyle and experiences grow, your person-centred plan will change with you so it always reflects how far you have come and what you want for your future.
Bridgewood Trust is a registered charity (no.700843) providing residential and day services, domiciliary support and short stay/respite care. All our service users have learning disabilities; some have additional needs due to physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health or dementia issues. Our service users are aged 18 and over.
The Trust aims to offer choice, great support and to provide the general public with a positive image of learning disabilities, by respecting the differing strengths of its service users and meeting their individual needs and preferences in a caring, supportive and professional manner. All service users have regular reviews to which their families and friends are invited. These reviews ensure that the service users are central to the planning of their support services.
